How are the products shipped?
The products are shipped very carefully in hand-crafted packaging to ensure that the packaging is exactly what your ordered products need. For pin buttons and keychains we use protective bubble paper which prevents the items being damaged while they are transfer. Orders are shipped via air mail. Larger orders are shipped via express air mail at no additional charge.

How do I know when my order is shipped?
We will always send you an eMail as soon as your order has been shipped. This is one of the reasons of why it is so important that you provide us a working eMail address. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your Pins-Online account.

How long does will it take for Pins-Online to ship my order?
We always ship our orders within two business days since receipt of your payment. Larger orders might take up to four business days to ship.

How long does delivery take since shipping?
Orders usually take approximately from 7 to 10 calendar days to reach their destiny. However, and depending on the destiny´s local postal system, there are some rare cases in which orders might take up to 21 calendar days deliver.

What if I consider that my order should have been arrieved by now but it hasn´t?
There is no need to worry at all. Please simply send us an email and we will be very glad to assist you and to respond as soon as possible.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Nothing at all! Shipping charges are already included in the product prices!!

How can I purchase keychains? I only see pin buttons!
All our pin buttons sets are also available as very high quality leather/plastic keychains exactly as the Kiss / Beatles ones shown in our main page. Simply choose what keychains set you would like by clicking on the "pin buttons" link that will appear in the search results and then choose one out from the three choices that appear next to the "Product Choice" legend:
1- Pins Set - This is the default choice, which means that if you leave it like this, you will receive a pin buttons set.
2- Keychains Set - Instead of the pin buttons set, you will receive a full keychains set including the same pictures and quantity. Since the keychains price is a bit higher than the pin buttons, an extra charge will be applied in order to meet it. The additional charge will be detailed next to the "Keychain Set" choice.
3- Pins Set + Keychains Set - You will receive the pin buttons set plus a full keychains set as well. This will require an extra charge which will be detailed next to the "Pins Set + Keychains Set" choice.

How can I pay for my purchase?
Once that your shopping cart is filled with the products that you want to purchase, simply click on the "Checkout" button, submit your details, click on "Continue", confirm your payment and that is it! You will have succesfully paid for your order, that easily and fast.

We accept PayPal, credit card, bank transfers, and eChecks via PayPal (please note that you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to commit payment). You can pay us directly from your PayPal account balance, bank checking account or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

We also accept Western Union and MoneyGram International Instant Money Transfer payments (aka Western Union / MoneyGram Wire), either by paying online with your credit card or in person at your local branch. If interested in paying for your purchase by using one of these methods, please send us an eMail detailing your order and we will provide payment instructions.

Why is it safe for me to pay by using my credit card?
Simply because we don´t store, process or even see your credit card information. The payment is processed by PayPal, one of the most prestigious online payments processors. Your credit card information will be 100% protected since PayPal uses SSL encryption. PayPal processes and approves the payment and order immediatly, fact that leds your order to be processed and shipped immediatly.

How am I certain that my order has been succesfully processed?
By checking that just one of these situations happen:
(1) PayPal will send you an eMail confirming your payment.
(2) Your payment will be reflected in your PayPal account (if you have one).
(3) Pins-Online will send you a confirmation eMail within 24hs (or 48hs in exceptional situations) confirming your purchase.
(4) Checking the status of your order by logging in to your Pins-Online account (Example: if its status is "Processing", it means that your payment has been succesfully received and that we are currently working on your order). It might take up to 24/48hs for this information to be updated.

Can I supply you pictures that I want you to put on pins, keychains or T-Shirts?
Yes. We can make T-Shirts, pins and keychains with all kinds of images that you can think of. We can make these products for self use, to give as gifts, or for gatherings, birthday, graduation or wedding parties, business events, promotional purposes, or occasional situations. You can supply your own pictures, a photo of your loved person, a family member, a roommate, your pet, a sport player, musician, band, celebrity, politic, historic person, logo, car brand, etc.

We would be very happy to do this in small or big quantities. If you need these products in small/single quantities, the price is exactly the same as the products that we offer via our catalog. We do not charge any additional pricing for producing custom products. If the quantity is higher, the price gets lower. We would be happy to make special discounts for large purchases.

I run a storefront and/or would like to re-sell your products in my local area. Is it possible?
Yes. We do export-wholesale all over the world. If you would like to re-sell our products or simply would like us to produce an inventory of exclusive desings of pins, keychains or T-Shirts at special request, please send us an eMail. We will contact you as soon as possible. We are unable to provide a list of prices here since it depends on how each order consists in.

Can I pay in other currency than US dollars?
Absolutely. You can pay in your local currency. PayPal will simply auto-convert the payment from your local currency to US dollars, but yet you will see, in your account, the payment reflected in your local currency.
